I’m not quite sure how Thanksgiving arrived so fast! Luckily, you will probably have plenty of leftovers to keep the cozy feelings alive for a while longer, and we’ve got a leftover turkey stir-fry to keep you from getting bored. It is vibrant in both color and flavor, with a little bit of kick to keep things exciting!
Transform Your Leftover Turkey In Less Than 20 Minutes
We love how this leftover turkey stir-fry transforms Thanksgiving leftovers into a colorful bowl of veggies and flavors in such a short amount of time. We used red and yellow bell peppers to go with the green broccoli. Then, the garlic, coconut aminos and touch of hot sauce really take leftover turkey from bland to bursting with flavor, all in less than 20 minutes!
What To Pair It With
Enjoy this leftover turkey stir-fry with cauliflower rice, plain white rice or with greens to add more veggies. Our favorite way to eat this stir-fry is in a bowl (duh – food is better in a bowl) with both greens and plain white rice. It’s just as comforting as Thanksgiving, but a little bit more exciting.
