A versatile sheet pan pork chop dinner
We chose broccoli and cauliflower as veggies to go with these honey mustard pork chops, but you could use other vegetables if desired. You just need veggies that cook in the same time as the pork chops, such as:
- Brussels sprouts
- Green beans
- Bell peppers (sliced into wedges)
- Onion (sliced into wedges)
- Potatoes (must be cut into smaller pieces to cook in 20-25 minutes)

Baked Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
For the honey mustard sauce:
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp honey, (omit for Whole30 or sub 1-2 dates and blend sauce in a high-powered blender)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp ghee, melted, (sub avocado oil for dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives , (or sub dried)
Equipment
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Prep cauliflower and broccoli as noted and place on the sheet pan. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat and move the florets to one side of the pan to make room for the pork chops.
- Prepare the honey mustard sauce by placing all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mixing with a whisk until smooth.
- Place pork chops on the sheet pan. Pour/drizzle the honey mustard sauce on each pork chop to evenly coat with the sauce on both sides. You will have some extra sauce. Save it to drizzle on top when you serve.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven to bake. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked to your liking and the veggies are crisp-tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve. Drizzle extra sauce on top of the pork chops as desired.
As usual, this was another winner! It was so good.
So happy to hear it! Thanks for coming back to leave a review! We really appreciate your support. 🙂
I used broccoli, brussel sprouts, onion, and yellow pepper for my vegetables. Also used spicy brown mustard and golden monkfruit in place of the honey. Was delicious!!!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for coming back to leave a rating and review!
Ours looked nothing like this when done. All the sauce slid off the chops and mixed with the pan juices to make a watery mess.
The flavor wasn’t terrible and it was an easy recipe, just nothing wow like I expected from the picture.
That’s interesting, we didn’t really do anything special or modify the recipe at all for the pictures. It could just be the mustard used or juicy pork chops I guess.
Absolutely delicious
Glad you enjoyed the recipe Kay!

I used Primal Kitchen Spicy Brown Mustard. This recipe was fantastic!! I try to maintain a keto diet, but didn’t think the small amount of honey would hurt😏
