If you follow along with our Instagram account, you know that beverages are my jam! When the temperatures are chilly, I pretty much have a mug of something warm and cozy attached to my hand. And of course, during the summer I am all about the smoothies and fresh juices. We love using coconut milk for an extra creamy dairy-free smoothie as well as sneaking in some extra greens with spinach. Some of our other favorite ways to up our smoothie game are by adding MCT oil and collagen. They’re all simple ways to add a little extra nutrition to your smoothies!
