How to make grilled chicken thighs (step-by-step)

Heat grill to medium high heat. Combine seasonings in a small bowl.

Add chicken to a bowl. Add in coconut aminos, fish sauce and oil.

  • Chicken Thighs – Absolutely use chicken thighs over breasts for more flavor and juicier chicken.
  • Coconut Aminos – These are a soy sauce alternative. You can use Braggs Aminos or soy sauce if that’s what you have on hand.
  • Coconut Sugar – We prefer an unrefined sugar, but brown sugar works too.

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar, (can sub brown sugar, but omit for Whole30)
