It’s also:

  • Versatile – You can use it as a dressing and a sauce too!

How to make this honey and mustard marinade

Mix all of the ingredients together.
Pour the marinade over your protein.
Toss to coat completely.
Marinate for up to 24 hours.

Recipe Tips

  • 2 pounds of protein â€“ This recipe yields about 3/4 cup of sauce and is perfect for about 2 lbs of any protein (chicken, pork, etc). You can scale it up or down as desired.
  • Freezer friendly – You can freeze your marinated protein (any protein except seafood) for up to 3 months – just defrost it in the fridge overnight and cook as desired.
  • Bake it – We like to marinate our chicken in a casserole dish and just throw it in the oven to bake. It’s so easy and juicy!
  • Glaze – If you want all of the flavor without the marinating time, use this marinade as a glaze when cooking. Just brush it on your protein on both sides several times while cooking.
  • Baste – You can also baste your protein with the leftover marinade while cooking on the grill. Just bring the leftover marinade to a boil in a small saucepan to kill any bacteria and baste away.

We hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
