Creamy (Garlicky!) Sweet Potato Fries Dipping Sauce

Creamy, smoky, garlicky and tangy – this easy homemade dipping sauce for sweet potato fries is a must have! Just mix up the ingredients in a bowl, grab some fries and get to dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt, (adjust to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients (except the salt) in a bowl or jar and mix well. Taste and add any salt as desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
