- Garlic – Fresh minced garlic is best, but you could sub 1 tsp dried garlic if needed.
- Smoked paprika – Gives the dip a little color and smoky flavor. Use less if you don’t want the smoky taste.
- Sea salt – Mix the dip and add any additional salt at the end. Most store-bought mayo and mustard already has salt in it.

Creamy (Garlicky!) Sweet Potato Fries Dipping Sauce
Creamy, smoky, garlicky and tangy – this easy homemade dipping sauce for sweet potato fries is a must have! Just mix up the ingredients in a bowl, grab some fries and get to dipping. It's a healthy dip that's Keto, gluten-free and dairy-free.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt, (adjust to taste)
- Place all of the ingredients (except the salt) in a bowl or jar and mix well. Taste and add any salt as desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
