We used fresh broccoli, avocado oil and some simple seasonings. Here’s what you’ll need.

- Avocado oil (or another cooking oil)
- Nutritional yeast (adds a cheesy, umami flavor, can substitute parmesan cheese)
- Garlic powder
- Sea salt + ground pepper

How to roast broccoli in the air fryer
It’s so easy! Here are the simple steps to make air fried broccoli.
- Preheat air fryer if yours requires preheating
- Cut broccoli into florets (you can also buy broccoli already cut into floret to save time)
- Toss with avocado oil and seasonings
- Place in air fryer and cook for about 5 minutes, tossing halfway

Tender Crisp Air Fryer Broccoli In 10 Minutes
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets, (cut them into evenly sized pieces to ensure even cooking)
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp nutrtional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375° fahrenheit if your air fryer requires preheating.
- Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat the broccoli.
- Transfer to air fryer basket and cook for about 5 minutes, tossing halfway.
- Once done, remove and serve!
This is my favorite way to eat broccoli, and so easy! Love the nutritional yeast touch.

I’m planning on making this tonight! Do the broccoli florets need to be in a single layer, or can they be on top of eachother?
It works best if they are in a single layer, but if you have to put them on top of one another be sure to mix halfway and you might need to add a couple of minutes to the cook time.
