• Meal plans and eBooks are supplied as .pdf (Portable Document Format) files. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain a copy of an appropriate software necessary for viewing the meal plans.

• The premises for delivery of meal plans and eBooks will be the email address supplied by the purchaser through our website. Customers will receive an email with a link to download the meal plan or eBook after completing the checkout process.

• Meal plans and eBooks are for personal use only and may not be distributed to others without the consent of Real Simple Good.

• If we provide you with information about the use for which our products are designed and about any conditions necessary to ensure that they will be safe, then you must use our products according to our guidelines.
