Melt ghee in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to liquify.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a jar. Cover with a lid and shake to mix.
Stovetop instructions:
Add ghee to a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add in the remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and place in an airtight jar or container.
Storing notes:
Store keto buffalo sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 months. It will thicken slightly in the fridge and can be reheated if desired.
