This healthy apple and blackberry crumble is made with simple gluten free ingredients and fresh blackberries and apples. It's family friendly and comes together in 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit and grease a pie dish or oven safe round skillet with coconut oil.
In the greased dish, stir together all of the filling ingredients.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crumble ingredients with a fork.
Sprinkle crumble topping over fruit filling and transfer to the oven to bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until apples and blackberries are soft but not mushy.
When the crumble is done, remove from the oven and serve still warm.
