Pistachio Matcha Milk (Dairy-Free + Refined Sugar-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups pistachio milk (see below and then heated or chilled to preference)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp collagen
  • pinch of cinnamon

For the pistachio milk:

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pistachios nut meats
  • 1 date, pitted
  • *Note: you will have extra pistachio milk.

Instructions

  1. Start by making your pistachio milk if it is not already prepared. Place all of the pistachio milk ingredients in a high powered blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Use a nut milk bag or mesh strainer to strain the pistachio milk and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  2. If you are making a hot beverage, heat your pistachio milk on the stove over medium heat, or in the microwave to desired temp.
  3. Place all of the pistachio matcha milk ingredients in a high powered blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. The blender will create a little froth on the top! Enjoy!
