One Pan Italian Sausage with Onions and Peppers (Paleo + Whole30)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage links - cut in half
  • 2 Bell peppers - top and seeds removed and sliced into strips
  • 1 Onion - sliced into rings or small pieces
  • 2 cups Cauliflower or regular rice - optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.

  2. Cut ingredients as noted above.

  3. Spread ingredients out on a large baking pan in a single layer. Place in oven to cook for 30 minutes.

  4. While cooking, prepare rice or caluliflower rice (if applicable).

  5. Remove from oven and serve.
