Make the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mixing well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
For the skewers, cut up chicken into small cubes. Cut up bell peppers, onion and pineapple into small pieces about the same size as the chicken pieces.
Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers in whatever pattern you desire. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and brush them on both sides with the sauce.
Place kabobs on the grill to cook. Cook for about 5-6 minutes and then flip them over to cook for another 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
Once chicken is cooked, remove kabobs from the grill and serve. Enjoy!

These are also perfect for baking in the oven at 450° Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, and then flip to the other side and cook for another 10-15 minutes until chicken is done.
If you don't have skewers, you can make this as a sheet pan meal. Just place all the kabob ingredients in a bowl, toss with the sauce and spread it all out on sheet pans to cook.
