This Paleo + Vegan vanilla lavender iced matcha latte is dairy-free and refined sugar-free. You'll love the calming, cool summer vibes!

Ingredients

tsp
matcha
(we love Mizuba Tea Company)
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
(look for no added sugar)
1
drop
therapeutic grade lavender essential oil
1.5
cups
hot water
1/4
cup
full fat coconut milk, chilled
Pure maple syrup, to taste
(or local raw honey - not Vegan)
Ice
Optional add-ins:
2
scoops
collagen
(we love Perfect Supplements)
1
tbsp
MCT oil
(we love Nutiva)
Adaptogens
(like maca, ashwagandha, etc.)
Instructions
Heat water in a kettle on the stove.
Add matcha, vanilla, lavender and any additional add-ins to your blender.
Once water is hot, add to blender and blend until smooth.
In a glass or jar, add coconut milk and matcha mixture. Stir to combine, and add sweetener to taste. Add ice and enjoy!
