These easy air fryer baked cinnamon apples are a healthier dessert idea. With just three simple base ingredients - apples, ghee or coconut oil and cinnamon - you can easily customize the toppings to make it a family friendly treat!
Preheat air fryer to 350° Fahrenheit if yours requires preheating.
Cut apples in half and remove stem, seeds and core with a spoon or knife.
Drop about a 1/2 tsp of ghee in each apple half. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add any dry toppings you desire. Some ideas are listed above.
Bake in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, until they reach your desired softness.
Once done, remove and add any additional toppings you'd like and serve warm. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Best reheated when served again.
