Shape your ground beef into 4 evenly sized patties.
Mix up the seasoning mix and sprinkle it generously over both sides of the burger patties.
Once the smoker is up to temperature, place burgers on to cook. Cook for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway. Cooking for 30 minutes will result in medium burgers (moderately pink throughout). If you want no pink in your burgers, cook them the full 35 minutes or longer.
