Fridge full of Thanksgiving leftovers? Make our Paleo + Whole30 leftover turkey stir-fry. It is full of color and flavor with peppers, broccoli and garlic!
In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add avocado oil. Once hot add in vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Next, add in turkey, coconut aminos, fish sauce and hot sauce. Stir together and continute cooking another 2-3 minutes until the turkey is warmed and the vegetables are starting to soften.
Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
