Healthy all-around marinade that you can use on chicken, beef or seafood.

Ingredients

apple cider vinegar

coconut aminos

avocado or olive oil

garlic powder

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl or shallow dish and mix well. Use as a marinade for about 1 pound of meat.
