  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

For the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated on a microplane or minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (plus more for garnish)

For the rest:

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Slice steak into thin strips and place in a shallow bowl or dish.
  • Combine sauce ingredients in a small jar or bowl and pour over steak. Mix to coat steak and let marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  • While steak is marinating, prep cauliflower and broccoli as noted.
  • Place broccoli florets on sheet pan and drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Carefully remove pan from oven and turn oven to broil. Add cauliflower rice to pan. Mix around and push the veggies to the right and left sides of the pan.
  • Spread out steak between veggies in an even layer, and place in the oven to broil for 5-6 minutes or until steak is cooked to your liking. You may need to flip the steak pieces to cook on all sides.
  • Once steak is done, remove from oven and serve in a bowl with cauli rice, broccoli, steak and top with more sesame seeds and red pepper flakes as desired.
