2tsparrowroot starch(can sub corn starch or other thickening flour)
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add in 1 tbsp sesame oil. Once the pan is hot, add in the ground chicken and break it into small chunks. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking, chop the broccoli, carrots and bell pepper as noted. Make the stir fry sauce by mixing all of the ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
Once the chicken is cooked, add in 1 tbsp sesame oil. Then, add in the broccoli, carrots and bell pepper. Saute for 4-5 minutes until the veggies just start to soften.
Whisk the stir fry sauce quickly (in case the flour settled). Pour the stir fry sauce over the chicken and veggies and mix to coat. Scrape up any bits from the bottom of the pan. Cook for 2-3 more minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
Remove from heat when the veggies are cooked to your liking. Serve and enjoy.
