Italian sausage links
(about 6-8 large links)

cauliflower rice

bell peppers, sliced into strips

ghee or coconut oil
For the sauce:

cup
water

lemon, juice of

raw whole cashews

tbsp
nutritional yeast

tsp
smoked paprika
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
(or sub 1 tbsp garlic oil)

tsp
thyme
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
1/4
tsp
cayenne pepper
(adjust to taste based on desired spice level)
Instructions
Make the sauce by placing all of the sauce ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit and grease a 9x13 baking dish with ghee.
Prepare cauliflower rice if needed. Chop bell pepper as noted.
Place cauli rice and bell pepper in the baking dish and mix. Pour in the sauce and mix again to incorporate evenly.
Nestle the sausage links into the dish with the veggies.
Place in the oven to bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the sausage are cooked through.
Remove and allow to cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
